A Perfect Experience from Essays.ph

Are you into writing and would love to work at the comfort of your home? Then, I would love to share you something. Back then, I was looking for a way to earn extra income online, I came across several websites offering a click and get paid, take surveys and such which I know for sure that they are nothing but scams. I love to write and I do own a blog so, I’ve searched from there and that’s where I found an opportunity.

Essay.ph, is a website dedicated for passionate writers all over the Philippines. I was accepted there last month and finally, this became my part time job. The application process goes with applying online, answering basic questions and sending your resume. They will write back instructing you to create an account on their website. Apparently, you’ll become a part of the black team as a screening process. You will need then to submit an article based on their provided list, upon submitting you will be evaluated. Finally, they will decide if you’re in. And, that’s where you start.

Take note that they don’t ask money or anything for you to be accepted, so don’t worry. Essay.ph is a legitimate company and they’ve been up and running since 2007. They offer nothing but the best opportunities for anyone who pursues a writing career path.

How Things Work

Essay.ph offers different assignment or set of articles that need to be done for a limited time. You will encounter variety of assignments or article types such as ebook, press release, reviews, sales letter and so on. You will eventually need to claim an assignment to start working. For 2,500 words or less you’ll have at least 24 hours submission deadline. Then after submitting, your work will be reviewed by the management, if the client likes the quality of your articles then all the points goes to you and that’s how you start earning. Take note that revisions request and having your articles being rejected are possible.

How much can you actually earn depends on how many assignments you can claim and finish every single day. Every assignments has a corresponding points and 1 point is equal to 1 peso. Points ranged from 25 pesos to 500 pesos per assignment depending on the article type and how many articles or words you need to provide. For a week, you can earn more than a 1,000.00 pesos, not bad for an extra income.

Conclusion

Nescafe Cappucino

Few days ago (here in the Philippines) we were strucked by typhoon Maring, and we did experienced non stop raining for a week. It was really threatening to see the flood becoming higher and higher. And I'm truly sadden for people who were greatly affected.

Thank you God for everyone is recovering now.

That time, my Nescafe Cappucino, one of the newest released products from Nescafe was with me to cheer me up during that gloomy week.

Honestly, I do admit that I'm not truly a fan of coffee, and I only drink coffee occasionally. But this time on, I wanted to say that I'am now a fan of Nescafe Cappucino. It tastes really good! And good thing, they include some choco sprinkles which is a great compliment for the coffee.

So, if you need something to heat you up, give you some boost or needing to get away with that gloomy feeling, this one's for you!

Yummy, rich, foamy, best experience, delicious. Do I need to say more?

Haircut, what's best for you? pt.1

Are you planning to have a haircut, maybe this week? Or the next month? Well, I hope I could help you with some suggestions.

Try to do something different! Like getting a short hair!

I tried that out a few years ago. I had this long hair and the next day I decided to chopped it off. In your case, if you do love your long hair so much, then you should determine first if it would be best to say goodbye to and get a new haircut. You don't want to regret it and be disappointed after, right?

Here's a picture of me.
This haircut is called Layered Razor Cut

First of all, before I went to salon I had this positive feeling that it would really suit me well, but.. honestly, you be the judge! I honestly didn't studied and reviewed any hairstyle that time nor have any idea about face shape for a specific haircuts, in other words I have no idea what I'm getting to! I simply just wanted to try it!

I do have a big round face, and looking at the picture (above) maybe, the haircut gave an illusion of me having somewhat an oval face.

So, how do you know this is the haircut for you?

picture from wikihow
Determining your face shape

-If you do have a square face, you can show off your (strong) jaw by having this haircut.
-For oval face, fortunately every style suits you. So, I hope you do try this also.
-With triangular face, yours is an exact opposite of heart-shaped faces, this haircut is also good for you. Adding a volume to it, is a great idea.
-Diamond faces has these broaden cheekbones, it will be greatly complimented by this haircut.
-Long, heart, and round face I'm sorry to tell that this isn't for you. You could try other haircuts that will surely compliment your face like wavy long hair, or layered.
-Before sporting this haircut, you should also make sure to have soft and straight hair texture to rock this out.

Kris Jenner

 Advantages:

-This look gives you an edger look.
-This is practically perfect for summer.
-Makes you look sexier and mature.

Having this haircut, it actually minimizes your opportunity to style your hair, as you can't really make a pony tail out of it or even tie it up. But!

 Hair wax products, gels,

and hair sprays are your friends for adding volumes and for holding your edger style.

Also, clips on the side can add some girliness to your new look.

Featuring: The Boy Next Door

I do know that we girls love guys who do different things, right? Multi-tasker in other words.

Then without further ado, I want you to meet John Ullyses Martin or much known as Yool Martin.

He is definitely not just an eye candy for us. Currently he is a student, an artist, a cosplayer, a photographer, a dancer, a kpop enthusiast and also a model. Not bad, for a young age. He can do pretty much anything and that inspires us also to do everything we wanted or we love to do.

(Actually, back then I handled a kpop cover group/entertainment and I was lucky enough to be Yool's manager for at least a short time until the group/entertainment was never heard of again.)

For the record, he was once featured in a magazine as a "fashionista"finalist

He's currently a member of a kpop cover group "Black Moon" which they cover the popular kpop group "EXO"

Yool as Kris Wu

Now, let's start by getting to know more about Yool. Here's a little Q & A I had with him.

1. You are an example of a person who do many things like, being a photographer, a cosplayer, a dancer, etc. How do you actually balance your time? Especially that you are a student.

Y: Honestly speaking, I don't manage my time, I don't organize or schedule myself with such activities [that] I am going to pursue, I don't make plans, kapag gusto kong gawin ang isang bagay gagawin ko agad regardless of the time na meron ako.
(Honestly speaking, I don't manage my time, I don't organize or schedule myself with such activities that I'am planning to pursue. I don't make plans. When I wanted do something, I will do it regardless of my time. I really don't have problems in terms of my studies, I do prioritize my school works first but sometimes I do things together with studying just for me not to get bored in school. And now that I'm in college my schedule became heavy-loaded and that's the reason why I stopped cosplaying for a while.
P.S: When my schedules in school loosen up, that will be the time that I'll go back into cosplay world again.)

2. Who are your inspirations?

Y: Number 1 inspiration ko is yung kuya ko, tulad ko multi-tasker din siya and para sakin hindi lang siya Inspiration, kundi model din para sa lahat ng teenagers na may iba't-ibang assets aside from being a student, biruin mo he can manage his time on being a dance crew member sa university nila and at the same time as a Dean's Lister, siya yung tipo ng tao na hindi pabaya sa top priorities niya and one day, gusto ko maging katulad niya, I really do. Sunod, yung mga Kpop Idols ko. Nai-inspire ako sa kanila in terms of their talents and also sa pagma-manage ng oras nila.
(My no. 1 inspiration is my brother, he is also a multi-tasker like me. For me, he is not just an inspiration but a model to all teenagers that have different assets aside from being a student. Imagine, he can manage his time being a dance crew member in their university and at the same time being a dean lister. He is a type of person that never neglect his priorities and some day I wanted to be just like him, I really do. Next one is my Kpop Idols, I was inspired by them in terms of their talents and how they manage their time.)

3. If you are going to pick which one of the things you've already done (ex. photographer, dancer, student, etc.) which one you like doing most and why?

Y: Dancer, why? uhm, sa tingin ko kasi yan nalang yung natitirang puhunan ko sa mga skills na meron ako and I do enjoy it, that's one of the main reason kung bakit andami kong naging kaibigan, specifically sa pag da-dance cover ko sa KPOP Community natin dito sa Pinas. Anlaking bagay yung nai-contribute sakin niyang pagiging dancer. Isa pa, therapy sakin ang pagsasayaw eh, I could freely express my inner-emotions while dancing, nakaka-wala din ng stress.
(Dancer, why? uhm, for me it is the only investments left for me on all of my skills and I do enjoy it. That's one of the main reason why I've made a lot of friends specifically on my dance cover experiences here in our kpop community in the Philippines. Being a dancer, gave me a lot of contributions. Maybe if I wasn't became a dancer I wouldn't knew those people I treated as a family now, maybe if I didn't became a dancer I wouldn't have anything to be proud of to other people. And another thing, dancing is a therapy for me. I could freely express my inner-emotions while dancing. It takes away a lot of stress.

4. What are those things you still want to try?

Y: I would like to try being a full-time blogger, I'm a type of a person kasi na gustong-gusto mag-share ng ideas and experiences on a certain field, siguro gusto ko maging blogger sa mga K-POP news updater sites or sa mga fan-sites, para kahit papano na-eenjoy ko din yung mga nilalagay ko sa articles ko and at the same time gustong-gusto ko yung field, which is KPOP.
(I would like to try being a full-time blogger. I'm a type of a person that really likes sharing ideas and experiences on a certain field. I wanted to write for some Kpop news updater site or fan sites, for me to at least enjoy what I write, at the same liking the field, which is Kpop.)

5. As a fashionista, what describes you the most?

Y: As a fashionista, I describe myself as unique.
(As a fashionista, I describe myself as unique. I really don't like the types that currently on mainstream or trending. I wanted something that will suit my attitude specifically dark-themed get ups. I don't always dress up but when I do, I wanted to be comfortable and to know that it is really my taste.

6. Which brand of clothing/items/bags are your favorites that you can recommend to us? (you can give one or more.)

Y: H&M, Uniqlo, Gap or Thrift Shops

Featuring: Sk8er Boi (Skater Boy)

Are you into sports right now? Me? I do, I love sports. So far I've only tried golf, volleyball and badminton. But, I'm really looking forward in doing some "extreme" sports in the future.

Today, I love to share you about this; Skate boarding. I've been hearing it since then. It is very well-known in abroad and now it's starting to be popular here in the Philippines. Many personalities are already enjoying having it as one of their hobbies.

Skate boarding is where you use and ride a skate board to perform tricks. It started at around 1940's. Some people were also considering it as an art form, a profession, another form of transportation and a recreational activity.

Tricks consist of:

Ollie
Ollie off kickers
Boneless
Pop Shove-it
Boardslide
No Comply
Pressure Flip
Kick flip
Heelflip
Impossible
Tre flip (360 flip)
360 Pop Shuv It
Casper
Hardflip
Laser Flip
Finger flip
Darkside grind

Luckily, I have my friend here Gabriel Valenzuela from Sampaloc, Manila who has been into skate boarding for 7 months now. So I interviewed him for a while to get to know more about the sport.

(So, how long have you been into skate boarding?)
G: 7 months na ako nag i-skate. Sa Calamba St. ako naglalaro at Mendiola.
(I've been into it for 7 months. I've been playing in Calamba St. and Mendiola.)

(Who is your inspiration for this sport?)
(My inspirations are those pro-skaters like Shane O'Neill.)

(Where did you learn about this sport?)
(I found this out from my friend, Joey.)

(What tricks can you already do?)
(I can do tricks like ollie, shuvit, kickflip, hillflip, varial kick flip, 360 shuv and many more. I'am also doing obstacles on ledge and pipe.)

(What do you like most about skate boarding?)
Challenging sya sakin.
(I like it because it can be a form of exercise, a hobby and truly challenging for me.)

Pictures of him doing what he likes most.

Thank you Gab for your time and being willing to be featured here on my blog.

So there you have it. Skate boarding is really something, we should give it a try!
I just hope it would influence more and will have larger communities supporting it here.

And remember, if you're just starting out never do too much extreme tricks yet, always start with the basics and practice and just practice. All sports have it's own risk, be responsible and careful.
